We will use our Equity Checklist as a tool to check assumptions when planning Anthem-specific events or strategies, while constantly working to address any instances of bias or inequity that we may encounter.

 

We believe that diversity and empowerment of our players makes us stronger as a team and as a community, and we value the unique perspectives and experiences that each of our players brings to the club. We will strive to create a space where everyone feels valued, respected, and safe among their peers. We will continue to learn and grow together, and we will hold ourselves accountable to our commitment to our Major Chords.
